Capricorn Platinum Brokers LLC is a licensed freight brokerage headquartered at 7777 W Lincoln Hwy, Suite A, Frankfort, IL 60423. By requesting a quote, submitting a form, or booking freight with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Brokerage services

We arrange for the transportation of freight between shippers and licensed motor carriers. We do not take possession of freight. The carrier selected for your load is responsible for the physical transportation and freight handling.

2. Quotes and rates

All rates quoted are subject to final confirmation after verification of shipment details including weight, dimensions, equipment type, and lane availability. Quoted rates are valid for the date and shipment parameters stated. Rates may be adjusted if the shipment details change.

3. Cargo insurance and liability

Loads are moved under contingent cargo coverage with limits of up to $100,000 per occurrence, where applicable. Primary carrier liability insurance is also in effect. Claims must be reported in writing within the time limits required by the carrier's insurance and federal regulations.

4. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in accordance with the invoice terms. Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

5. Communication consent

By providing your phone number and checking the communication consent box, you agree to receive SMS and phone calls from Capricorn Platinum Brokers LLC regarding your shipments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or contact us directly.

6. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use automated tools to scrape, spam, or interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to block access for abuse.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Capricorn Platinum Brokers LLC's liability is limited to the brokerage fee paid for the specific shipment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
